This is a photo of a New Years Eve firework. What is interesting is that the blur effect is completely accidental, the camera was moving as the shot was taken and the camera couldn't fully focus. However, it did manage to focus on the firework itself which has created an interesting picture, almost as if it's professionally done and has had after effects added.
